User Roles

Task Centro defines four core user roles to maintain a structured and secure platform. Each role comes with specific responsibilities and access levels to support a seamless job marketplace experience for both clients and freelancers.

Client

Clients are businesses or individuals looking to hire freelancers. They initiate the workflow by creating job postings and managing applicants.

  • Create and manage job listings
  • Review freelancer applications
  • Hire and communicate with freelancers
  • Manage contracts and leave reviews

Freelancer

Freelancers are professionals who offer services on the platform. They can apply for jobs, showcase their expertise, and grow their reputations through client feedback.

  • Apply for posted jobs
  • Create and maintain a professional profile
  • Receive direct job offers from clients
  • Deliver work and receive ratings

Aggregator / Staff

Aggregators or platform staff oversee onboarding, compliance, and overall user quality. They ensure freelancers meet platform standards and that jobs posted are legitimate.

  • Onboard and manage freelancers
  • Review and verify KYC documentation
  • Audit job profiles and job posts
  • Act as support for both clients and freelancers

Admin

Admins have full access to all areas of the platform. They control system configurations, user permissions, and high-level analytics.

  • Manage all users and platform settings
  • Control access rights for other roles
  • View analytics and system activity
  • Configure global policies and operations
