Jobs
The Jobs module empowers clients to connect with skilled freelancers by creating detailed job listings. This feature enables you to define your project scope, outline deliverables, specify required expertise, and set clear expectations. Whether you're hiring for a short-term task or a long-term engagement, this module ensures a streamlined and transparent hiring process.
Posting a Job
Creating a job post involves sharing comprehensive information about your project. A well-crafted post not only attracts the right talent but also sets the tone for professional collaboration.
- Title & Description: Choose a clear and informative title. In the description, explain the project goals, scope of work, deliverables, and any background context.
- Skills Required: List the specific skills, tools, or technologies needed to complete the project successfully. This helps freelancers assess whether they are a good fit.
- Budget & Deadline: Define your budget range (fixed or hourly) and set a realistic deadline to manage both your timeline and the freelancer’s availability.
- Location & Job Type: Indicate whether the job is remote, hybrid, or on-site. You can also specify the job category—such as one-time task, part-time, or full-time.
Boosting Jobs
To gain more visibility and attract quality applications quickly, you can boost your job listing. Boosted jobs appear prominently in search results and may be featured in freelancer dashboards. You can choose from multiple boost durations (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days) depending on how urgently you need to hire.
Managing Job Posts
After posting a job, you’ll gain access to a management dashboard where you can:
- Track and review incoming freelancer applications in real time.
- Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, or request additional information.
- Edit job details or extend the deadline as needed.
- Close the job post once the position is filled.
Notifications will alert you to new applicants, updates, and messages, ensuring you stay informed throughout the hiring cycle.
